Do I need a doctors referral for Physiotherapy?

You do not require a doctor’s referral to see a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Massage Therapist, however, some insurance companies require you to submit a doctor’s referral with your claim.

What Should I bring to my first physiotherapy appointment?

You should bring your insurance information (Policy and ID number). Our friendly office staff will help confirm your insurance coverage details, and whether your plan qualifies for direct billing.

You should also bring a referral from your doctor (if you have been given one).

If you have been in a car accident, please contact us. We have simplified the process and will assist you in completing the required paperwork. Please have the following information handy: insurance company’s name, claim number, policy number, adjuster’s name, and telephone number.
